Sinner's Prayer not found

So! ...there's a sinner's prayer? Just where in the Scriptures is that prayer? 
Actually the Scriptures show us that we are born again, but that we are not born into the spiritual by the will of flesh or the will of man. God, alone, who created us determines who should be saved. 

John 1

11 He [Jesus Christ] came unto His own, and His own received Him not.

12 But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Where in Scriptures is the prayer of the wicked heard at all?
